Hajj 2010 - A very good experience with Al-Manasik I went to Hajj in 2010 with my wife and eight years old daughter with Al-Manasik. We had very good experience with Br. Farid and his team. We got more than what we expected.

Difficulties do happen during Hajj but Br. Farid and his team did the best whatever they could do. This was my first time going for Hajj and I heard about Al-Manasik from a friend.

I will use Al-Manasik in future and also recommend to others.

Our Hajj was complete and was done according to Sunnah, what we were promised was fulfilled and in so many situations above and beyond.

There is not enough words to describe the relentless effort and care that Almanasik provided me and my family through-out the entire journey. Alhamdulillah I completed my first Hajj this year and I could not be happier! Overall the experience was much better than what I expected.

This was my first Hajj and I was by myself because my husband was not able to join me. I heard about Al-Manasik from a friend of mine who performed the Hajj last year. She was very pleased with them and strongly recommended them.

Al-Manasik and brother Farid delivered everything they promised. They were honest and straight forward from day one when I booked my trip and they were always helpful even when I requested that they arrange for a little detour in my way back to the U.S.

The housing was exactally as they described in their package, the apartments were clean and they had soft drinks, tea and coffee available 24 hours and there were plenty of food as well.

They were extra cautious to keep the group together and guide us through thousands of people and ensured no body was left behind or wondered away from the group.

Brother Farid held a daily meeting to inform us about what we will be doing the next day and two scholars explained how to do every task and they took the time answer every question.

What really sets them apart from anybody else is that they care about you as an individual and as a Muslim brother or sister. In one case they refused to move the bus when an older couple was late in coming back, in another case they accompanied another couple to the airport to look for their lost languages and when they did not find it, Al-Manasik sent a representative the next day back the airport to look for it again and then brought the languages to their hotel. With me personally, when I asked for direction to a pharmacy, they asked me to just tell them what I need, they sent someone and bought my medicine and even refuse to make me pay.

I was extremely pleased with Al-Manasik and the way they handle everything and I recommend them with all my heart. I will use them again if Allah permits me to do it again.

May Allah accept our Hajj Al-hamdulillah this is my 3rd Hajj but first time with Al-Manasik. I did Hajj with my wife and it was a pleasant experience going with this group. First of all brother Farid kept us well informed about the possible delays during transits and at Air-ports. But Allah made us very easy and we did not face any of these. He was very transparent and clear in his promises and he did keep up to the last word. He is great in his behavior and a pleasing man to talk with on any issues though minor. He and his other staff took good care of us in all the steps of Hajj.
Alhamdulillah our Hajj was made easy. Caring at all times and guidance from time to time. When is the right time to go for Jammarrath and Tawwaf al Ifada etc., Even though he did not promise but arrange transportation for doing this arkan which other groups did not provide.
Our going from Mecca to Madina by flight has avoided the hassle of tiresome road journey.
My wife and i will definitely recommend this package to our friends and relatives.
We got the best out of this package for the money we spent.
May Allah bless brother Farid, Nadir, Samir and other staff specially the lady Sister Aasli who left no stone unturned to make our Hajj easy. We could pray and do all the arkans comfortably and with ease without a bit of tension.

Alhamdullilah, my husband and I found Almanasik through my husband's friend who went with Almanasik before and highly recommended them. Especially after speaking to other friends who went on Hajj in the past and this year with other companies, I realized how lucky we were to have chosen Almanasik!

They went out of their away to provide not only standard service, but also little extras, which really made the service superior, for example:
    - they even arranged for us to do Tawaf al-Ifada in the middle of the night by bus, while most companies did not provide buses and people        had to walk 5 miles from Mina to Makkah.
    - Starting at the Madinah airport, we had all of the right stickers and documents in our passport, so it only took 10 minutes to get        processed and out of the airport, whereas a friend I know who went with another group had to buy some stickers and get a prepaid        check in the airport and it took hours of frustration and waiting because her company didn't do this for her.
    - Along the way, we met people from other American Hajj companies, for example, Dar al-Salam, which has a great reputation but it more        expensive. People from Dar al-Salam seemed to have pretty much the same standards as our group and stayed in the same hotel in        Madinah, despite the fact that we paid less.
    - We had five women staff members in the women's tent who kept the place clean, the coolers stocked, and would help us with anything        we needed, they were also working in our apartments in Azizaye to keep everything clean.
    - They gave us an incredibly clean spread in Muzdalifa that was already set out when we got there, much better than what anyone else        around us had, some of the employees had gotten there early and claimed a prime spot for us, I know a friend who went with
       Dar al-Salam who had to camp out in a terrible location underneath an overpass.
    - They had a lot of employees around who could always help with problems or questions of the hujjaj.
    - They provided two American-born religious scholars who were more than willing to answer our many questions and give lectures on        important aspects related to religious sites in Madinah and Hajj in Makkah.


The list can go on and on, but I truly feel blessed to have gone with such an organized company, so I could concentrate on performing my Hajj rituals instead of worrying about the logistics. With 3-4 million people on Hajj everywhere, it is a logistical nightmare, and Almanasik should be praised for its ability to do the best job it can considering the almost impossible circumstances. I would highly recommend it and if we are able to save up our money again, we would certain return for Umrah or Hajj with Almanasik.

Alhamdulillah. Allah (s) blessed my husband and I with a wonderful Hajj. We chose Al-Manasik on the recommendation of my cousin and her family, who travelled with this group for the Hajj 2009. Our experience was an excellent one. Brothers Fareed, Samir, Nadir and our dear brother Samir from Trinidad and Tobago were outstanding stalwarts of Islam. They catered to our every need. There were bayaans on the nights of Hajj and lectures on the rituals of Hajj, prior to the days of Hajj. We were more prepared Alhamdulillah with their help. Even the transportation was very well arranged and these brothers along with their helpers ensured that all of Al-Manasik's members were taken care of. May Allah (s) continue to bless them to continue their outstanding service to the Muslim community insha Allah.

Al-Manasik was not all about money. I got my money worth and more through their excellent services. I recommend Al mansik for anybody who wants to do his Hajj right. They were very helpful in every aspect, they provided us with the needed transportation at the right time to do our Hajj. They had locals in every locations to advise the Hajjis on the best times to go Haram, Minh and Arafat. We never had to encounter the high crowds as we were will informed when to go and when to wait.

Al-Manasik treated us like good guests and for sure they were an excellent host. Will go to Hajj ISA again with them.

Job well done

Alhamdulillah, we performed our Hajj in 2010 with AlManasik. Here are my comments on our experience.

    - Your relationship with the company starts the moment you book your Hajj package. Farid & Rasha were very responsive to my questions        while in US as we prepared for Hajj.
    - We landed in Medina and found that one of our checked in bag did not arrive. Even though this has got really nothing to do with        Almanasik, their representative took us to the right office, and filed the complaint with the right people. The next day, they followed up        for us, and guess what, our luggage arrived. They went and picked it up and had it in our hotel for us. (this was really going out their        way, given that our luggage is not their responsibility).
    - In Medina, they had talks scheduled every night to talk about what we will do the next day and answer questions about Hajj. Brother        Tariq and Ahmed (Graduating students from Medina University), were there to lead these talks. Both of them are from US originally, so        trust me it really helps talking to a person who understands your language, and understands where you are 'coming from' when you are        asking him a fiqh question. Very VERY knowledgeable brothers, and always willing to answer our questions for us. We really enjoyed        their company.
    - During the entire Hajj, AlManasik Staff (about 20 people) worked tirelessly to take care of us, literally AROUND THE CLOCK. I say this        because some of us went for Tawaf al Ifadah at 2:00am in the morning, and the staff was always there to take care of us.
    - Really, the highlight of Almanasik was the night at Muzdalifah. When we arrived there, brand new sleeping bags were already laid out for        us. We had dinner brought in, ample amount of COLD drinks, already setup for us. Every other group over there were asking our group,        where we were getting water and drinks and food from. We said our group provided it and they were asking if we were selling them.        Honestly, our stay in Muzdalifah compared to the rest of the groups over there was 5 STAR!!! At midnight just before I hit the bed, I        helped a family from UK (who paid much more than we did,) with some water, food and also provided them with a few left over sleeping        bags. There was no other group in MILES and MILES that had the arrangement anyway close to what we had. Great Job Almanasik !        Everything during Hajj is a challenge. Performing Wuzu can take an hour waiting in lines. Our group leaders were very well informed        about all of such challenges, and they arranged most of our activities in a fashion that we would not be stranded or waiting in lines for        hours. I can give you multiple examples, but really ask anyone who has been to Hajj and you will get an idea of how intelligent planning        by your group leaders, can make all the difference.
    - In Mina, we had 2 things which no other group in our camps had. On the night of Eid, we had a very nice Eid party with games and        questions for men and women and with nice gifts, sweets and lots of fruit provided by Almanasik. Some of the other groups stopped by        our camp just to see what was happening. Then, Almanasik also prepared a nice "Beryani" from our slaughtered animals and they got        that delivered right to our camp! At the time, when we were enjoying this sunnah, other groups were just waiting for the food from the        regular camp. We enjoyed our food and there was still ample left and we shared it with the rest of the groups there. I cannot even tell        you how many people I ran into, who were talking about that great food into the next day. Did I mention that during our stay in Mina,        we always had ample liquids and even had a table of Hot tea and coffee right outside our camp (again something that others did not).

Just ask anybody who was with Almanasik 2010 Hajj group about the above and they will validate this information for you. I only care to write reviews when I am either really pleased or really pissed (forgive my french). And in this case, we were really pleased with Almanasik. Brother Farid, and his team of pleasant, educated and courteous people made our Hajj all that better, and provided us with more time to reflect and focus on our Ebadah while they worried about the rest!

Before I left, I asked brother Farid if they are doing Umrah Packages, and he said that he will be starting that this year. InshALLAH I plan on taking my parents for Umrah, and needless to mention that Almanasik will be my choice.

This is my first Hajj; I was expecting it to be difficult based on what I have heard from Other Brothers who went to Hajj in previous years. But this Hajj experience with Almanasik made me doubt what other people have said… it was a very good and easy journey … Almanasik staff provided us with the best services we can ever expected and more, the hotel stay was great, the food was excellent, the apartment was clean and comfortable, I cant complain about anything, we were the only Hajjes who felt the Eid. Almanasik have decorated our tents and made us a nice celebration with all kind of fruits and deserts

Last year 2007 I went with my husband to Hajj with Almanasik ( Br. Farid) With Almanasik Hajj journey was very organized, there staff were very helpful From airport to airport. Hotel stay, the food buffet for breakfast and dinner was unbeatable the apartment stay and medical services was excellent. In the apartment Almanasik were very creative to satisfy us , they brought a Shawirma machine in addition to the other food .. I thought that was very impressive. Assalamo Alakim,
My name is Tracy Varis (I am a revert to Islam) and I was able to make my Hajj this year with my husband alhamdulilah.  This was my 1st Hajj alhamdulilah and I hope insha Allah to be able to make it again with this group insha Allah. My husband had made hajj before but had said this group was masha Allah by far a group he would go with again if Allah makes it possible to come back.  The Brothers and Sister that were there to help and keep things running smoothly from Al-Manasik were amazing masha Allah. They really put there hearts into everything they did for us and my Allah bless them for there efforts. My husband said that the brothers were always there and ready to help in anyway they could.  I told him the sisters were the same.  The sister that stands out the most to me was Umm Ahmed.  She was always checking on the sisters and I don't think she ever was able to sit for more than a couple of minutes at a time but she always had a smile on her face.  She was truly a blessing to have with the group. All the sisters that were there were very helpful and caring.  I remember at the apartments the sisters would come around all the time to clean the bathrooms and rooms.  Me and my roommates were amazed at how clean everything was considering how many sisters were using the bathrooms and common areas. 
 
Everyone you had working to make our hajj truly a trip of a lifetime went above and beyond what was expected of them.  From the tours, lectures, meals, accommodations, transportation, Q&A, Eid entertainment,and just being there when we needed something, and of course Hajj and umerah, it was alhamdulilah amazing.  This was Alhamdulilah an amazing Hajj and truly was the trip of my life. 
 
Please let the brothers and sister that took care of us, by serving food, cleaning, and keeping everything running smooth, know that they were truly appreciated and they are in our duas.  They deserve all you give them and more for the time and effort they put into making your group so great Alhamdulilah!
 
This is just a letter to say Jazak Allah Kair for making my first Hajj so special to me.  Insha Allah I will be able to come back with this group soon insha Allah.  And we are putting your name out to all in our community of Ann Arbor, Mi and vicinity.  Insha Allah you will have a lot from this area next year and the coming years. May Allah reward you all, for all you have done for me, my husband and all the others who made Hajj this year.  Insha Allah it will be excepted from us all.

Congratulations on successful completion of the 2007 Hajj groups management.I & my husband Naseem are extremely grateful to you both & all members of Almanasik management who organized the Hajj program & who were with us there during the Hajj Days. We find your management very competent as far as fulfilling the promises. We think that the service & organization of Program 2 which we had was beyond expectations & was comparable to any big group like Dar el Salam. The wide variety & huge quantities of healthy food & beverages supply through out the trip kept the Hajji's well nourished to perform the rituals energetically. Good management of Alamansik's privately owned buses from the Almanasik residential building & even from Mina made it possible for the Hajji's to perform daily prayers In Haram & to perform Tawaf-e-Ziarah on time (very peacefully on 11th just after midnight even before other groups could make it). Hotels provided in the package as promised were within the premises of Haram (2-3 minute walk) both in Mecca & Medina with amazing variety of food. Even on 10th & 12th Dhul Hijjah & later we had a home in Mecca (The Residential Units), to go there take showers rest & wait after Hajj rather than sitting on some airport waiting for plane or buses. Compared with other people In Arafat & Mudalifah also we were very comfortable as were directed to fold & carry our sleeping mattresses in buses. On top of all things the presence of a well known & very learned scholar Sheikh Mohammad Alsharif (Madina University Scholar &  Leader of Almaghrib organization) was the best thing that we were blessed with. We are thankful to him for providing such a good guidance on our first Hajj & accompanying us atleast once on almost all rituals. We did not face any difficulty & were really surprised how it can be so smooth. May Allah Accept it & grant all of us forgiveness from our sins. It was a memorable trip for us.

Brother Farid and Al-Manasik hero's, May Allah blesses you all and keeps the Muslim hearts enlightened. I and a group of 4 from Seattle, Washington chose Al-Manasik for two reasons. You (brother Farid) were honest and straightforward in you dealings.

Second : Price ???? . Believe me I did shop around. This Hajj was my 3rd and the best Hajj I ever done, I know Hajj is not easy thing to perform, but when you have a delicate group like Almansik  they make easy to perform.

You didn't realize how easy or how organized Almanasik was until you spoke with others who went with different groups. They had some horror stories to tell. Some went without food, accommodation, transportation; others were dropped of in the middle of the city others were left in Arafat with no food and have to walk Musdalifa to Mina with no direction of where to go. Over all Almanasik did the best of my eyes and other you have asked other group like Azzazi group and so on… We'll recommend you next year Insh Allah for anyone who wants to go.

Came back from Hajj and got busy. I wanted to write to you, but it took some time.
Farid, we had a great spiritual experience during our Hajj in Dec 2006. While some minor problems do happen with everyone (and these experiences are test from Allah as we see it), the overall experience with Al Manasik was greatly satisfying, and if we go again we will again choose Almanasik Insha-Allah. Three aspects we cared for and we received from your group: 1) Honesty. You are a forthright and honest person and will tell you as it is. I admire this trait, and I will ask you to keep it up. Once you said something I knew that it will happen as you said, else you would not have committed; 2) Fulfilling all Manasiks. We wanted to do our Hajj by fulfilling all Sunnahs, Wajibs and Fards.

Your group did not try to cut corners to save time or money. I am satisfied that we were, By Allah's Grace, able to meet all obligations, Wajibs and Sunnah of our Hajj. Definitely we could have done more, but we are very satisfied that we completed our Hajj rituals and gained a lot of spiritual energy; 3) Flexibility. We wanted to have a flexible program so we could do our own worship and supplications on our own schedule. We were able to achieve this aspect very easily and we used our time very effectively without any forced programs from your group. The icing on the cake with your group was the scholar you invited. I had gained a lot of knowledge from Dr. Salah Soltan. He is a great communicator and is a source of good practical knowledge. We are already implementing few things that he advised, like reading Surah Mulk daily. May Allah Bless you, your team in US, and your team in Saudi Arabia. I know for you it is not an easy job, but the reward you will receive from Allah will erase all difficulties you face in putting long hours in handling each minute detail of this blessed journey for so many people.  Please say our Salam to all your team members; May Allah Bless each of them in this world and in The Hereafter. How are you? InshaaAllah all is well. I have been meaning to email you since we got back, but SubhanAllah we've been really busy. I wanted to say JazakAllah Khairun for a great Hajj. While we were there we kept saying how Hajj was easy Alhumdulilah, and we didn't realize how easy or how organized Almanasik was until we came back and spoke with others who went with different groups. They had some horror stories to tell. Some went 17 hours without food, others were dropped of in the middle of the city with no direction of where to go and got lost for hours. So again, JazakAllah for doing your best with us, May Allah (SWT) reward your efforts. We'll recommend you next year InshAllah for anyone who wants to go.

Let me on the outset congratulate you for a Job well done. May Allah Subhanu-Taala reward you and your team for the excellent service that you have provided to me and my wife (Ameen). When I started shopping for a group for my Hajj, I looked at the tour operators so my choice to go with Al-Manasik was a very calculated one based on the facilities that you provided for the $$$ . Let me tell you that (apples to apples) you are the most reasonably priced Hajj Tour out there. But as one of the brothers said during Hajj, "He is not in this just for the money." Your services by far exceed the price we paid you. Your payment will be in the hereafter Insha-Allah.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you, Rami, Ali (who waited for us till 2.00 am near Al-Marwah during our Umrah), Adnan, Abu Shareef (our group leader), and the entire ground crew in Mecca, Medina and Jeddah for all that they have done to make our my Hajj a memorable experience. My husband and I went on Hajj with your group last year. Alhamdulilah it was the best experience in my entire life. The accomadations were excellent. While nothing can be perfect, the service received was beyond my expectations. I hope inshallah that Allah (swt) rewards your entire organization for all the hard work. I would recommend your group to anyone and indeed if Allah (swt) invites me back to His house again I would choose your group. Speaking of which....do you still provide services for umrah? The last time I looked on your site there was a package from umrah, however, now I do not see one. Please let me know if you do, inshallah my husband and I would like to plan to make umrah.

What I witnessed from Al-Manasik:
First to start let me state that perfection is only for Allah and therefore the creation can only try and imitate this attribute but will never attain it. So while I don't see Al-Manasik as being perfect here is my account of why I believe they are one of the best Hajj groups to choose from

1. The personality and pleasantness of the workers. It was amazing to see these people being swamped with requests of ~400 people and yet always remaining calm and well composed. To me they were very genuine people that are good at diffusing tension and creating an amicable environment. I remember once I asked a member of Al-Manasik for a miswak which he didn't have with him at the time, but he wouldn't stop searching and asking for me until he had delivered it to me personally. I appreciated that he was looking for me for such along time as I was atop the hills of Arafat. Seems simple but yet meaningful.

2. Al-Manasik works very very hard and around the clock to please the pilgrims. I mean many a times I would be coming in from the Haram very late (~2am) and I would see them in the lobby discussing, waiting, planning and organizing the day's events, judging by the redness in their eyes, they were visibly worn-out by all the day's troubleshooting. Then I would go to sleep for a bit and ahead out again (6am for fajir) and there they were again still discussing issues in the lobby. I would pray fajir and stay in the haram until shurooq and then hit the sooq and upon returning to the hotel over 2 hrs later I saw that they had regrouped in the lobby after fajir to continue their planning, subbhan Allah, when do they sleep and they too were doing Hajj? This is something you'll see throughout the entire duration of Hajj, in Makkah, Madina, Azzeziah, and Mina. In fact, in the wee hours of the morning trying to organize people who were due to leave on the busses to catch their planes home.

More examples of their hard work is a situation where they immediately arrange for the pilgrims to have all their meals at the hotel next door after we discovered the food wasn't all that great in the one we were staying.

All throughout our trip they were constantly checking to make sure that there weren't anyone who had missed any part of the rights of hajj. They were always organizing groups and even buses to take us to the various sites to fulfill our Hajj.

One of the most memorable moments to me was that evening when we sat down to eat and found out that we were being served the actual lambs and camels of our slaughtering. This was a very special moment as after dealing with the crowds by the haram and at the jumaraat I've completely forgotten that I even had an animal slaughtered on my behalf. It was very nice that they made sure we ate form the meat and that they cooked it so tender and delicious.

3. Accommodation in Makkah and Madina was absolutely amazing. Both hotels were literally a ~1 minute walk from the compound of the Haram. This type of ease and convenience was extremely appropriate for engaging in acts of worship in the Haram. The hotel in Makkah was clean and modern and served excellent food, likewise the hotel in Madina and even a bit more luxurious except that the food wasn't as great as Makkah and they didn't provide keys for each room member. Again the main point here is that the comfort and convenient locations of these hotels really remove the difficulty from doing ibaadah and other activities, especially after seeing many people walking from miles away just to get to the haram. In Azzeziah we stayed in a brand new building that was also very close to a masjid in that area. In both Azzeziah and Mina we almost always had fruits, tea and other refreshments available to us.

4. The order in which Al-Manasik organized our stay at each venue was extremely appropriate. Upon arrival we first stayed in Makkah right by the haram- at this time the crowd that swarmed the haram for the daily salawaat and ibaadah was more than manageable. Then as the days progressed we watched the crowd grow and grow until it got to the point where ibaadah at the haram became a big struggle. It was at this point we were flown to Madina, which had way less crowd than Makkah and the peace, tranquility and ease of worship were returned back to us. We returned to Makkah a day/two before the actual hajj in Azzeziah, which was where we stayed after hajj as well—away from the crowd and difficulty of traveling and making ibaadah by the haram. 

5. Dissemination of knowledge was also on Al-Manasik's agenda and at various instances they organized lectures and educational videos for the pilgrims to learn by it. They frequently invited speakers to educate the pilgrims and organized to learn by it. Guide the pilgrims throughout the hajj activities. I also saw that they made available many of the free gifts that the government of Saudi Arabia provided for the pilgrims.
This concludes my testimony of what I witnessed from Al-Manasik and I pray it was truthful and that it will assist our in choosing the most appropriate Hajj group for the most important journey in your life. I also pray that this has fulfilled the hadeeth that states, "Whoever does not thank the creation has not been thankful to Allah."

Last year I mad the most amazing journey of my life. I went to Saudi-Arabia and performed Hajj, alhamdo lelah (praise be to god). I started the hajj process late. It was so late I thought it was not possible to go. Then I remembered our imam in the masjid once told me about his hajj; his group leaser was very accommodating to all needed.

His group leader is Farid. Farid works for Almanasik. I searched the internet and found the web site for Almanasik. Almanasik's web site was very informative and easy to use. I called the toll free number and that is when I first spoke to Farid. Farid was very accommodating to my needs; he worked with my busy schedule and my late request to make it possible for me to go and perform my hajj, May alaha bless him. We worked on a hajj package to fit my needs.

Later in hajj, I learned that he sold me a good and cheap package. Cheaper than my cousin who paid $1,000 dollars more than me with another group.

Farid met me at the airport when I arrived to Saudi-Arabia; we ate dinner together with other hajji's and then continued our journey to Madina. Farid and his staff catered to our needs the whole stay in Saudi-Arabia. They took care of all of our needs; they were very knowledgeable in Islam and hajj.
I did not feel alone, scared or hungry the whole time I was there. They treated all of us as equals. There was some hard-ship in hajj and I saw them handle it to the best of their ability to make sure we were comfortable. I enjoyed my trip. I recommend this group and rate them highly.

First of all, May Allah bless you and the Al-Manasik organizers and keep the Muslim hearts enlightened.

Secondly, I and group of 14 from Minneapolis, Minnesota chose Al-Manasik for two reasons: One; You (brother Farid) were honest and straightforwardin your dealings. Two; your prices were below your competitors. Trust me brother Farid; I did a lot of shopping before I was convinced.

Thirdly, all 15 of us were treated very well, especially during the Hajj rituals. Your organization was on top of everything. We also understood that nothing that is made by humans is perfect. What I mean is this: where there are than two or more plates close to each other there will some obnoxious noises or disturbances. We did encounter some turbulence, but not something that brother Farid could not handle. What we also had noticed the attentiveness of brother Farid and brother Adnan every few steps of the rituals. The planning was done immaculately for the group, especially the tours and the speeches. Please do not misapprehend that Al-Manasik was not there with us other than Hajj ritual, but what I mean is that they were always vigilant and considerate throughout the trip. Here we are talking about the ratio of Al-Manasik group of approximately 230 people compared to 3 million. This is indeed an exigent task.

Fourthly, I recommend that who ever wants to perform their Hajj with ease go with Al-Manasik group. Remember as I said earlier, there will be some turbulence, but compared to 3 million it was like a needle in a hay stack. May Allah reward and bless Al-Manasik, especially brother Farid and brother Adnan. You two were the key figures, sitting and talking among us as part of us. We did not feel secluded except for one occurrence but was handled in very professional manner and we were content with the answer.

Finally, I am not obsequious of AL-Manasik in any way, as Allah is my witness, I wrote as I saw and felt during the entire Hajj trip. Again this is from the bottom of my heart ...These are the very words of brother Farid that I remember, "We love this work and we are doing it for sake of Allah and help the Muslims and this is want Al-Manasik always wanted to do". I will brother Farid hold you to your words.

May Allah grant you and the Al-Manasik group an enormous success in this world and the hereafter and we see that all who follow the ALLAH and Sunna of the Prophet (SWAS) enter Paradise. (AMEEN).

We went to Hajj last year with Al Manasik, it was our first time and sure enough we were nervous how things were going to turn out but starting from SFO and back we just had a wonderful wonderful experience. Our hotels in Makkah were right in front of Haram, I could see the courtyard from my room (Hilton Towers), Madinah hotel was just few blocks away from Prophets mosque.
I think Al Manasik did a great job in Mina, Arafah & Muzdalifah and in general which includes transportation and meals. After returning, I spoke to people who spent about $1000 more (with Al Madinah Group) then we did, and they traveled to Madinah by bus both ways, atleast we traveled to Madinah by air.
My purpose on this trip was to get close to Allah (swt) and not worry about food, because we worry about food everyday of our lives and it does not mean that food was not provided by the group or they didn’t take care of us. All I have to say, this is the best group to go with and highly recommended.

Almanasik provided excellent service. I will go again with them and recommend to my friends and family.

Given that Hajj itself is a hardship, and patience is part of the worship. I found Almanasik group to be highly accommodating, trying their best to ease hardships for us and accommodate our needs. There are many factors that are out of their control, but for whatever was in their control I felt a sincere effort on Almanasik part to help their Hajjies. Almanasik was recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend them to others, and if had the chance will use them my self again.
